Surprised Myself
Well I didn’t do that bad yesterday! I find since I have found BuddySlim, their forums and this blog I have been able to hold myself together for the most part. I am still working on the binge thing….been doing it a long long time! Only had about 300 calories last night (I was alone and should have went to the binge thread) which is where I stopped the big binge and turned it into a mini binge! I am surprised at how much I want to exercise now and eat right….it is like I am in competition with myself and ACCOUNTABLE to someone! I was thinking the accountability thing would help but didn’t realize how much!
Eating yesterday, scattered throughout my day I consumed the following
Toast with peanut butter, 1 and a half healthy mini-pizzas, large homemade chicken salad, 6 whole wheat crackers, an apple and some fruit snacks. (I think I actually had room for the 300 calorie mini-binge last night to stay in my calorie range)
Drank 7 of my eight glasses of water…I drink an awful lot of green tea (does it count at all?)….no milk in it.
Exercise: Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles DVD
Weight this morning: 143 pounds down from 143.4 (start weight was 145)
Feeling so great and the workout DVD’s I have selected are good workouts for intermediate level….I had tried a few crazy ones (Tae Bo etc…) but I am gonna leave those for maybe in a few weeks. I find them to hard to finish and then I end up doing nothing. This is getting even more exciting now that I have been feeling an energy increase and a 2 pound loss!
