Warming up!

Well finally we are gonna have 3 days in a row without rain! In june…out of 30 days we had like 22 days of rain…ewww! Anyway, so glad that I love, love , love Leslie Sansone’s DVD’s! The Walk At Home-Walk Slim DVD’s are the best suited workouts for my life right now. I had tried Tae-Bo and the 30 Day Shred but since I couldn’t finish them I was getting dicouraged and just doing NOTHING. At least with these I can finish and get at least 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. Plus last night I bought her Fast& Firm 4 Really Big Miles with strength training at the end…..now that just may kick my butt! I used to walk about 5 KM a day when I first lost weight 6 years ago….now due to my lifestyle getting out alone for 60 minutes is a rare thing but I am not gonna let that stop me. I used to feel weird doing DVD’s but now I look at it this way….I used to do aerobics 2 nights a week and kickboxing 2 nights a week and it was about $40 a month. I buy the DVD’s for $10-$15 bucks and its mine! I am not against gyms…they just aren’t in my money/time budget right now!

Yesterday brought some temptations but I am happy to say that when the chocolate covered peanuts were put in my face…I only took about 15 of them and stopped! Felt good cuz that could have been the start of a very bad junk binge! Throughout the day I consumed toast with PB (habit LOL), 1 and 1/2 cups of fagioli soup, apple, watermelon, supper was bad burger and small fry…..still managed to stay in my calorie range though so didn’t feel that bad about it….opps!

I managed to get down 7 glasses of water (I have to cut back on my green tea habit so I can fit extra water in, I drink about 6 cups a day of green tea..is that really bad???)

Exercise….3 Fast Miles DVD

No binge…very small snack! (Thanks for the support BuddySlim & binge thread)

Hope everyone else is doing well…..we can do this……I have tried many times….the thing that is different this time…BuddySlim and accountability!!!

    Great job with the exercising!

    What is wrong with PB toast???
    I have toast with low fat peanut butter everyday!
    Whole grain cin raisin bread. I just limit myself to 1 Tablespoon for both slices…
    it is one of my favorite things to have for breakfast. 295 cals and 6 fat. I like the protein first thing in the morning!!!

    Do you sweeten your tea???

    LOL…I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it….I just put that there cuz many people I have run across think the bread and PB thing for breakfast isn’t that great…I on the other hand have been eating it daily for years…and now that you pointed out the protien its even better!!! I drink my green tea plain, no milk, no sugar!

    Thanks for the comment about exercising…I’m trying finally!!
